BLOOD ORANGE is a moving image piece that explores performance, sculpture and video which are permeated with magic realism in their attempt to get closer to other worlds, other life forms and unexplored places. Set within a dream, the film probes a satire approach to mass media advertising through existential questioning as well as envisioning a child-like naivety, focusing on the transition into ‘womanhood’ in a post-human world.
